At the corner of Detroit and Santa Monica Boulevard is the chrome bumper plating factory, Faith Plating. The long facades include a vertical strata of grasses, a tilted up landscape or park, an oversized ‘radiator’ with water falls and colored reflecting lenses, and a series of ‘peepholes’ embedded in glass which, when looked through from the inside, frame a series of local found ‘oddities’ or specialties.
